The post below on Pad Thai got me inspired to try it at home. I found a very basic recipe on the Food Network and made a couple of changes. I added no shrimp since I didn't want to include them until I had worked with the recipe at least once. Also, I left out the peanuts as my husband is allergic to them. Was it as good as what I can get at my local Thai food restaurant? No but we really can't eat out at Thai food restaurants together so it was an acceptable substitute and the two of us made short work of eating it. I recommend the recipe as a very easy starting point.
