Noticed several posts on pad thai -- a favorite of mine.
Does anyone here know what authentic pad thai is suppose to be like?? And where do I get it??
I've seen so many variations. Some people use a ketchup-based sauce (yeeechh), tomato-based, peanut butter, tamarind......etc
Or are there regional versions of Pad Thai in Thailand???
