Pacifico's in Culver City

WLA | Aug 6, 200207:21 PM

I know that it's been covered before, and not too favorably if I recall. But we went last Sunday and I can't say anything bad. I tried the jumbo scallops, and they did a mixed shrimp and scallop dish because I didn't see the or. I have to say that the waiter was extremely accomodating. The garlic sauce over them was quite tasty and when I put scallop, rice, mixed sauted veggies and a big squirt of hot sauce into the tortilla it was highly satisfying.

My wife had the two skewers, one with scallops and one with butterflyed shrimp done on the grill. The problem here was butterflying and then grilling shrimp is a good way to over cook them, which they did. She substituted fries for rice and they were quite good.

Nice comfortable chairs and tables that are big enough to hold your plates, drinks and sauces with room to spare.

I also note that as we drove back down Culver the Sagebrush Cantina was doing a tremendous amount of business. Anyone been to the Sagebrush in CC lately?
