Pacifico New Haven CT review

Morning,We went to Pacifico on College St this past friday night. The place was hopping and very alive. Nice atmosphere. We had the mojitos to start. I had the pineapple and my partner had the passion fruit. They were both good but I thought mine was a bit weak. I am not really a drinker by my drink I thought was weak. We shared the most expensive appetizer there,it was $14.95.Our appetizer plates arrived dirty and I had to ask for a new one. I can't remember it's name but it had lobster, scallops and one more fish each done a different way.It was very good. I don't think their dishwasher was working all that great. It took awhile for our entrees to arrive and we were very disappointed. They both came luke warm like there were sitting out for awhile. If we had asked to reheat them they would have been more overcooked. My partners sauce on the snapper had a film on it,that's how long it sat out before arriving to our table. He also thought it was a bit dry. I had the skirt steak with some kinda lobster sauce, good flavor and cooked nicely but it was only lukewarm. It also needed salt and I am not that much of a salt user. The table next to us complained to us her dish needed salt also.My dinner plate also felt like it could have been cleaned better,I ran my hand around the underside edge and could feel dried food matter there. For dessert I had the dulce de leche cheesecake that was good and myn partner had the dulce de leche sundae and he said that was good also. I am not sure we will be going back.
