My parents and I went to Pacific Time for dinner during the week of Art Basel and found it to be mediocre. We had been there in the past and were amazed by the quality of the food and knowledge of the wait staff. In the past, we ordered a fabulous sea bass cooked on a plank - and there was a wonderful tuna dish with sesame encrusted rice. This time, however, the menu seemed appreciably smaller- or at least, less interesting. The food was rather bland. The table orderd flounder, tuna and salmon- each was just okay. The wine we ordered was lovely. The appetizers, again, nothing to brag about. Has anyone else noticed this?
