Had a quick birthday lunch at Bouchon last week, that was nothing short of perfect.
This being the time of year to indulge in Oysters, my wife and I ordered up a couple of dozen. They were featuring 6 or 7 different varieties, and we settled on some "Sister Points" from WA. They were the best oysters I have had in recent memory.

A half liter of '98 Chablis Bougros (Grand Cru Chablis by the glass!)
Epi and butter from the new bakery next door
We sat outside enjoying the warm sunshine, icy cold oysters, hot frites, and cool Chablis.
Man, life is good.
