Oyster Po'Boy at 500 Pacific

I see 500 Pacific has oyster loaf (po'boy) on their menu. Has anyone tried it? I would assume they use Hog Island or comparable quality oysters, but the older I get, I assume nothing. Soft roll? Hard, chewey sourdough?
