Oyster Po' Boy at Bread Line

Jim Zurer | Dec 12, 2002 02:13 PM

I just had an oyster po'boy for lunch at the Bread Line....the cormeal crusted fried oysters were fabulous. I wish that the sandwich had had less remoulade and that I had them put the coleslaw on the side (next time) and I would have liked a few more oysters for the $7.50 tab--but they were of very high quality.

By the way, the line for food was out the door at 12:30 pm but it moved surprisingly quickly....maybe they are getting more systematic with more experience.
