Oyamel gone downhill?

Has anyone else experienced a decline in the quality of food at Oyamel? It used to be so delicious and the service reliable, but in the past few months, I've encountered wildly salty salsas (green and red), limp potatoes under luke-warm mole, and enchiladas that looked like they were saved in an uncovered pan in the walk-in, then plated, microwaved, and brought to the table all dried up and crusty-edged. I had to send them back!
