Oxo Pro VS. WilIams Sonoma Gold Touch

susanrdrgz | Feb 1, 201806:31 AM     46

I am the world's worst for making decisions. I have been looking at the WS Goldtouch bakeware, but never really liked how it looked that much. I know it's made for them by a really good company. I am a huge fan of almost everything that OXO turns out, and I have also been looking at the Pro bakeware by OXO, which looks very similar. I decided to go with the OXO, but I haven't used it yet. After buying it, I read a discussion on here where people didn't like the textured bottoms on the OXO, but they look so much more well made to me, and even feel better-like smoother finish or something. I just wonder if you couldn't use a piece of parchment if you were worried about the 'texture bumps' showing up on your baked goods. Target also has a similar looking pan in their 'Threshold' line which I have bought before to bake my custard cups in because I didn't want to worry about ruining my other pans by using them all the time just for this purpose. They don't feel as well made, and don't cost as much as either of the other 2 lines. Any thoughts or opinions or experience with either?
