Thanks will for the chicken recipe. We used left over turkey, instead of chicken. We substituted rosemary for the cayenne, because of the kids, and next time I think celery will add a nice crunch...or maybe water chestnuts? yummmm
We served it over a bed of homemade späetzel.
OOHHHH. What bliss, with a nice Alsatian white....ahhh. It was excellent as leftovers too.
