Overworked ground meat

I am throwing a little party on Saturday and made a spicy mix of ground beef/lamb for meatballs. I've made this before, but this time I unfortunately overworked the meat (because I did taste tests and had to mix in more spices...).

The mix is currently sitting the fridge as I won't make it till saturday morning - Any tips on what I can do then to not make dry balls of meat...?
