It's so bad, like caramel. Check the picture, it's hanging off the knife in a blob, not going anywhere! And it's still slightly warm!
I make my jam without added pectin and cook until done. I'm great with strawberry and peach but this is the first time I did cherry and I couldn't tell that it was done already!
Luckily only a small batch, 5 jars. Is there anything I can do with this stuff without tossing it? Should I just dump it now so I can reuse the jars. I'm afraid it might be stuck to the jars like glue once it sets completely!
