Oven shut off while pork butt was cooking - now what?

debhub | Sep 1, 201511:39 AM     16

Newbie and first time poster ... and I don't know where this post will go or who will see it.

Here's the scenario: the oven turned off sometime overnight with (2) 7lb. pork butts in it. The oven temp was 225 at 10:30pm. When I got up at 7am the oven was off and the pork's internal temperature was reading 114 degrees and it was warm to the touch.

I decided to turn the oven back on and leave the butts in there and continue the cooking process for a couple reasons: 1) Samsung told me to (they want me to recreate the scene of the crime and see if an error code appears if it shuts off again{new oven}), and 2) Because I'm hoping that the butts won't give me tapeworm?

Thoughts on safe pork or am I just being ridiculous? TIA
