outstanding guacamole--I'm dying for some

I'm sure there are debates about where the best (or least bad) Mexican food is in the city, but what I really love is good chips and good, fresh guacamole. It doesn't need to be made tableside necessarily, as long as it's homemade and not too watered-down (aka, not too much mayo or sour cream to stretch it). Where should I go?
