Ou se trouve my Parisian Paninis?

Glossie McGee | Nov 28, 200502:49 PM     7

The streets of Paris are lined with Panini stands, producing a variety of grilled sandwiches that I have been unable to find in this country.

Does anyone familiar with these Parisian Paninis know of a place to get them or something similar?

The unique part is that (I think) the bread is not fully cooked/toasted before you choose what fillings to you want (from a long list sortof like choosing pizza toppings: cheeses, meats, vegetables, all of the above) and the sandwich is assembled and grilled in a press.
