Ottawa stops

Hi all - We have a very short trip to Ottawa. We don't want to be fine dining and want to try a variety of things. Please chime in.
We like fish, meats, pastas, rice, Mediterranean (French, Spanish, Italian, Greek) foods.

To bring home:
Wood fired Montreal style bagels from Kettleman's (which location?)

For us:
1 night: Anthony's - pizza margherita

1 night:
Soca Kitchen and Pub - Spanish tapas
OR do we attempt Aroma Meze (doesn't seem to have unique items though)
OR Play (friends were underwhelmed as it was bland).

1 night:
North and Navy
OR Supply and Demand?
Hubby likes fish but will want some meat.
Whalesbone seems too formal and not enough selection.

What is chow worthy at the market? Any chow worthy Italian grocers?
Those who've ventured into Costcos in different locations, does the one in Ottawa carry anything different?
