Was invited to Milestones for lunch today with colleagues. Had been there for drinks before but never food.
While I generally like to celebrate the good rather than gripe about the bad, may I pass on the following warning:
If you order salad, be sure to ask for your dressing on the side. A perfectly fine mesclun side salad was completely ruined by having been pre-dressed (in way too much "honey-mustard" dressing) plated, and then refrigerated. The dish was ice-cold, as were the greens which were quickly becoming marinated. Yuck.
I know that time can be of the essence at lunch(in fact, our service was speedy), but c'mon!
The resto is close to my office, so I may end up there again... any menu tips?
