Ottawa Chowhounds; Restaurant for Boxing Day brunch?? HELP!

rstuart | Dec 23, 201006:59 AM

My stepmother wanted to take my brother and I to Montebello for brunch on Boxing Day. Unfortunately, due to time constraints around flights, my brother doesn't want to risk the drive. Can you recommend anywhere good for brunch or lunch on Boxing day? She's now planning on taking us to the marriott, which got very bad reviews. Domus is closed for brunch on Sunday, and the Fairmont downtown was booked up. I'm not from Ottawa, so don't really know good restaurants.
Any advice is appreciated!!!
Thanks very much..
