Just wanted to let you all know of a good deal on sushi that my husband and I discovered. Osaka in Springfield has a sushi happy hour. The hours are *weird* though. Tuesday-Saturday 11:30-2:30, and ALL DAY Sunday and Monday nigiri (a very basic selection) is $1.00 a piece (some kinds beyond the basic tuna/salmon, etc are a little more, I think) and rolls (again, a limited selection) are reduced price. We've gone twice now and been extremely happy with the food, the service, and most importantly, the bill.

The spicy tuna hand rolls are also available on the happy hour menu, though they don't seem like much of a deal ($3.75 each, I think). They are good, but unusual. The sauce is pretty sweet, but still spicy. Lots of tuna on the top of the handroll, but mostly filled with rice.

BTW, if you order $10 pp your meal comes with soup and salad. Love it!
