The original owners of first the Szechuan Bistro in Greenwood who opened the Seven Stars Pepper on Jackson and quietly sold it a year ago now have opened the "Szechuan Chef" located at 15015 Main Street in Bellevue where they are serving the same excellent dishes prepared with their special finesse.

What's exceptional about the husband and wife team of Hoang Ngo and her husband Chef Cheng Biao Yank is that is possible they are the only owner operators of a Szechuan Restaurant anywhere in the United States who have over 20+ years experience in operating a well known Szechuan Restaurant in China.
