Origin of copper pots + a question about tin vs. acid.

Hello guys

I recently bought some new copper cookware, but it doesn't look like the classic french ones (very flat handles) that i already own - like mauviel or havard.
I wonder if these are french, and if not, where would you guys suggest they come from? They are unstamped, but the quality seems to be pretty good.

Also i noticed that the tin-lining has some weird pattern. It is totally smooth, but it almost looks like 3d pattern. I think this can happen, if you put strong acid on tin, but i would like to get that clarified in details, if someone knows what this phenomena is - i call it acid-flowers, haha!
