Went here the other night for the first time -- I was impressed! I only had a chance to try the razor clams in black bean sauce and the diced seafood soup with bean curd. Both were quite good. People around me were ordering amazing looking fried crab - it was huge! The fish tanks were clean, and everything looked very fresh and good. I liked it better than Cantoon Garden a few doors down (mostly because the atmosphere is more pleasant - I found it hard to relax at Cantoon Garden). Anyway, I'd like to return with a larger group to sample more of the menu. Have you tried the lobster with chef hometown sauce? What dishes do you recommend?
