Has anyone tried this newly imported, line of organic nut butters? I found them at a local health food store and was surprised at how the peanut variety was dramatically different color from any other peanut butter I've seen. It's an tannish, off-white color and very smoothly texture. It was actually in a liquid state until I refrigerated it. Now it's a custardy spread with the consistency of dulce de leche and a very nicely balanced punch of unsweetened peanut flavor. Is this a different variety of peanut they're pressing in Italy?
