What's the best sort of "organic, free range, local, good for the world, good for you..." turkey breast (pre-cooked, preferably), that one can find in the bay area? (Berkeley or Oakland in particular).
I've been getting the "all-natural, free-range, house-roasted" stuff at Berkeley Bowl, but I don't know where they get it, and it's not certified organic. I've never seen anything like this at a farmers market, but maybe the Saturday-only meat people at the Berkeley market have something (I haven't been to the Sat-market recently)?
All in all, high quality organic non-specialty poultry seems more confusing than beef, for some reason. Thanks for any help!
