Looking for organic semolina (and organic canned peeled tomatoes) in the East Bay, willing to travel

So my boyfriend and I are hoping to start an organic pasta business to sell at various farmer's markets in the Bay Area.

We have had no problem finding organic flour for a good price and in bulk at various stores in the area, but finding organic semolina in any amount larger than a small bag is proving to be quite difficult. We haven't checked BBowl or Whole Foods yet, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that we could either get big bags of it or in bulk from. I've seen the non-organic stuff in a bunch of places, but we are only looking for it in organic form.

It needn't necessarily be in the immediate East Bay were we currently live, but we'd definitely like to keep our search within the radius of the Bay Area.

Also...we've found organic whole peeled tomatoes for pasta sauce at BBowl for a decent price, but it would be nice for the sake my sanity to not have to buy a ton of little cans (I know I'll be in charge of opening them since my bf is the chef!..lol) . Does anyone know of a possible suppliers (again in the Bay) of larger canned sizes of these? I think he likes the kind that is imported from Italy, but we'd def switch to another brand if they made larger sizes.

Thanks!
