I just saw a Cooking Live episode on FoodTV about organic kitchens. Of course, I buy organic fruits and veggies and *some* organic products, but I'm just wondering if anyone can provide some comments on living *totally* organic.
Jesse Ziff Cool, the guest chef/restaurateur/cookbook author ("Your Organic Kitchen : The Essential Guide to Selecting and Cooking Organic Foods") was using organic flour, meat, etc. Thoughts? Opinions?
