I won't bore you with the long reason of why I refuse to eat cow meat unless I know that it is organic, suffice to say I am a researcher by nature. After the BSE episode in 2003, I did a 70+ page research paper on the safety of our beef supply. There are few countries in the world that have more lax standards than we do. Therefore, I only eat meat that is certified organic. I especially love bison meat. As you can imagine, it is expensive to get this way.
Hopefully one of my fellow chowheads knows where the Baltimore/greater Baltimore area they take good care to only serve organic meat, or even better, organic bison. Any suggestions?
