I'm going to be etaing at Baba in Chinatown next week ina group of 8 or so. Some questions?
It's family style, right?
Can you huys recommend some dishes? I have a few I wnat to try to compare them to Pinang (in Forest Hills) but would like to try soem stuff I ahven't had before. And Baba does have a larger menu than Pinang.
So far we are considering:
Red snapper Thailand style (the ebst dish I've had at Pinang)
Mango Chicken
Ginger Chicken
Peanut pancakes (dessert)
Roti Canai (and maybe telur) (appetizers)
BTW, i probably should have asked earlier, but what is the best Malaysian restaurant in Manhattan? Queens suggestions welcome as well.
