I'm going to the Bryant Park Grill tonight for a set menu dinner. These are the options; anyone have input on what to choose? I'm looking for a combination that is least likely to go wrong in the kitchen--seeing as I don't know much about Bryant Park Grill except that the food there is mediocre?
Just procrastinating, but any suggestions would be great.
*Vegetables & split pea soup with roasted croutons
*Caesar salad w/crispy parmesan toasts
*Fresh & smoked salmon cakes w/ celery root remoulade
*Farfalle pasta w/roasted zucchini, wild mushrooms, tomatoes & herbs
*Maple glazed atlantic salmon w/spaghetti squash, roasted tomatoes, small potatoes, & burgundy butter sauce
*Grilled, herb marinated organic chicken w/mixed bouqet vegetables, hand cut french fries
*Grilled filet mignon w/roasted fingerling potatoes, sauteed escarole, mushrooms, & pearl onion sauce
*Apple Tarte Tatin w/vanilla bean ice cream
*Warm valrhona chocolate souffle cake w/espresso ice cream (definitely getting this!)
