What to order at Guelaguetza?

I tried the mole verde with pork and it didn't knock my socks off. I found it bland, and the pork was gristle-y.

But because of the service, the perfect beans and rice, and the excellent horchata, I know it is well worth another shot.

Please suggest your favorites...
