Orchard City Kitchen is the comeback venture for Chef Jeffrey Stout, co-founder of Alexander's Steakhouse and chowhound alum. I've been tracking its progress and the bones of a website is up and recruiting has started on craigslist.
The corkage policy is interesting:
"Corkage: Corkage is $18 per 750ml, $30 for the third 750ml, then unlimited . . . "
Its FB page says opening is anticipated mid-October.
This Saturday, Sept 13, 6pm to 8pm, OCK will offer preview bites for a Kickstarter launch at a wine tasting at Vintage Wine Merchants.
