oraganic oranges?

A bag of organic oranges from Whole Foods has this label on it. What does it mean?

"Certified Organic by Q.C.S."..."This product coated with the following food grade OMRI. Approved fruit wax containing: Woodrosin, Bees [sic] Wax, Carnauba Wax, Potassium Hydroxide and Water."

Does this sound "organic" to you? Any chemists out there?
