I was grocery shopping this morning and came across Valor Chocolate which is produced in Spain. I picked up a few bars since I've never seen it before and of course had to taste test when I got home. I'm pretty fussy about chocolate and I tried a piece of their plain 70% cocoa chocolate and thought it was smooth but with that bit of a bite from the high cocoa content. Now I'm curious as to what others think of this chocolate...for cooking...for eating. I searched the data base but I didn't find any previous threads on the subject.
