Opinions re Red Apple Diner, Milwaukee/Belmont

Hi, I am a freelance writer pitching an article about The (3121 N. Milwaukee) Red Apple diner's all-you-can-eat Polish buffet as a cultural landmark in Chicago, and am interested in talking with people who have eaten there many times, and/or have a strong opinion about the place.

Has anyone out there been going to the Red Apple (Czerwone Jabluszko) for many years?

What are your favorite items in the buffet?

How do you think it compares with other Polish diners in Chicago?

Thanks for your time, and I'd love to hear your thoughts. I've been published in the Washington Post and the Houston Chronicle's Sunday magazine.
