For my next gourmet get together I'm thinking of doing a tomato three ways appetizer. Of course, heirloom will be used. I'm thinking of doing fried green tomatoes, yellow tomato gazbacho, and stuffed red tomato with mozarella with mint vinagrette.
Anyone have a good fried green tomato recipe?
I was thinking of pulverize some sun dried tomato and mix with grated parmasean and make small chips to top my shot glass which I'm using to serve the gazbacho. Will it work?
Everything will just be a bite or a sip, laid out on a white rectangular plate. What do you think? Anything else I can tweak?
