I recently got a sous vide supreme and vacuum sealed some raw beets and carrots for use in the SVS. I was going out of town for a bit, so without thinking I threw both packets in the freezer. I know, duh, you're not supposed to freeze raw vegetables because it changes the texture. however, I don't want to waste them. I put them in the fridge to thaw and was planning on trying them out in the SVS tonight. do you think they will still taste halfway decent?
