I went to Oohs and Ahhs Saturday to get fried catfish and teriyaki salmon carryout when I noticed there was sausages on the grill. The guy told me they were chicken sausages so I added a sausage sub w/ grilled peppers, onions and mustard to the order. Not an easy task to drive through the city and eat a hot sub at the same time, but I didn't want to let it go cold.
They give you a really nice portion and they put the greased/buttered sub roll on the grill for a few minutes before preparing the sub. The sausages are split grilled and they have a nice spice and flavor.
