I am from Norway and like Japan we have no law against hunting whale. At my local sushi joint in Oslo they serve Onomi as sashimi or nigiri when they can get hold of it. Onomi is from the tail section of the whale and is red meat heavily marbled with white stripes of fat. It looks almost like a Waguy steak and taste heavenly.
Now to the question - where can I get good quality Onomi sashimi in Tokyo?
