Anybody have thoughts on cooking classes? A few months ago I signed up for Chef Todd Mohr's program and just recently I got the discount for the Great Courses/Culinary Institute of America "The Everyday Gourmet: Rediscovering the Lost Art of Cooking"

I found the Mohr program a bit more expensive and somewhat difficult to follow, particularly the social media feedback.

On the other hand the CIA program is rather basic, but the instructor, Chef Bill Briwa is quite good.

Any Thoughts?
