I just finished eating a mediocre example of a supermarket onion bagel with black little dots on the outside that I guess are supposed to be the onions.
What ever happened to the New York H & H type bagels with tiny golden pieces of onion on the outside?
Are there any bagel places that do good onion bagels anymore or is it a lost art?
