I always thought I knew what bok choy was (gotta be "white leafy vegetable", right?), but what the heck is ong choy? I know it when I see it, but the only places I can get it are at farmers' markets, where the stallmeisters either call it ong choy or kang kong (Tagalog, I think?), but never by an English name. Does it even HAVE an English name?
