four of us for dinner tonight, nice place, very good service, here's what he had:
1/2 peking duck - good, skin was crisp, duck was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. pancakes were good. we prefer aberdeen's (much less expensive) rendition.
Dry Stir-fry String Bean - I assumed these were dry sauteed string beans, a little oily, I prefer many of the versions in NYC but these were the best I've had in westchester.
twice cooked pork belly - good dish, the pork belly fat was well-rendered, however the dish was ordered spicy and there was almost no heat. As served, I prefer Imperial wok's version in north white plains.
sichuan seafood hot pot - excellent quality shellfish and fish in a clay pot, tasty sauce but absolutely no heat.
Nice addition to the area, I'd like to explore the menu, see if we can get them to prepare the food with more heat but based on tonight's meal, I'd prefer to eat korean food next door at hmart.
