Omaha Vietnamese

I've found the Vietnamese Asian Restaurant to be one of the best values in Omaha. I've eaten there many, many times over the years and often take visitors from out of town there for lunch. My personal favorites are the Bun ga nuong (charbroiled chicken with rice vermicelli and vegetables) and bo saté (chili pepper saté charbroiled beef), but I've eaten many selections from their menu, including a number of their thai dishes. The owner is usually present, and he makes excellent recommendations and shows the uninitiated how to eat any given dish. Highly recommended!
