Is it just me, or has there been a drop-off in quality? I'm a bit suspicious that with the raising of rents (as much as $4,000/month for a booth as I recall was reported) a few years back, some of these places have had to scrimp and cut back.
I've gone there from time to time over 30 years, and don't remember a time when the sauce seemed so bland. Any other opinions?
Also, I've never found identical taquitos outside of O. Street and I wonder if they exist somewhere else.
