When Olives first opened, I had lunch there and found the food pretty uneven. The pizza was outstanding, but there were some weird, muddy combinations - like the rouget sandwich on semolina/fennel/raisin bread. I left with the feeling that there was potential there, but that it would take time to unfold.
Since then, I haven't heard much about this place. Is it still very crowded? Overwhelmed by the adjoining bar scene? Better for lunch or dinner? Any feedback would be helpful.
