i'm not sure if there's a generic name for olive oil cakes, as i've seen some variation in terms of ingredients, texture, etc. many seem to be citrus-flavored. after a not-so-fruitful (no pun intended, really) googling, i would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out what such a cake is called in italian, or, better still, if there are region-specific versions/names? the "torta" entry of Mariani's _Dictionary of Italian Food & Drink_ lists a fair number of cakes, but none feature olive oil. any thoughts?
