To whom it may concern:
I recently visited Harry Bears in Moore to enjoy a quite meal alone.
I was quickly seated, as usual. The waitress took my order, which was
the Top Sirloin. I told her I wanted it "just a little pink inside"
because several other times I'd ordered it medium-rare, or even medium, it came back bloody. I am not the type to send it back, because I'm afraid the cook will spit on it. Well, long story short,
it came back well-done. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was only a half order of fries, and no toast. I had them bring me toast, and it was only "warmed" bread. I took 3 bites of the steak, and pushed it away. I didn't get upset, I just asked for the manager. Instead, I got the check. I figured I'd leave, go home, cool off, then write a letter to the management. I did just that, and never heard back from them.
I guess they don't need my business, and I would guess they don't need yours either. What happened to customer service, and the policy that the customer is always right? Well, that's my two cents. Thanx for your time in reading this...You may e-mail me at ScottyDurham@aol.com. I'd like to hear your comments.
