To whom it may concern:
I recently visited Harry Bears in Moore to enjoy a quite meal alone.
I was quickly seated, as usual. The waitress took my order, which was
the Top Sirloin. I told her I wanted it "just a little pink inside"
because several other times I'd ordered it medium-rare, or even medium, it came back bloody. I am not the type to send it back, because I'm afraid the cook will spit on it. Well, long story short,
it came back well-done. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was only a half order of fries, and no toast. I had them bring me toast, and it was only "warmed" bread. I took 3 bites of the steak, and pushed it away. I didn't get upset, I just asked for the manager. Instead, I got the check. I figured I'd leave, go home, cool off, then write a letter to the management. I did just that, and never heard back from them.
I guess they don't need my business, and I would guess they don't need yours either. What happened to customer service, and the policy that the customer is always right? Well, that's my two cents.
