I'm beginning to think about my Easter meal... This year, I'll try to have my meal revolve around "easter animals and products", i.e. rabbits (bunny), eggs, etc.
My main course will be a rabbit dish (I have yet to decide if I'll go mustard or something else).
For the appetizer, I'd like to make a French "charcuterie" called oeufs en gelée (eggs in jelly/aspic) but I do not know how to make them. Does anyone have an idea? (there's a posting on oeufs en gelée on chocolateandzucchini.com, but, alas, she bought them, so no recipe is provided).
