We saw Linda Burum's positive review of Odaesan in this morning's Times, and my wife started salivating. As it happens we're going downtown for an event on Sunday afternoon (and we even got a babysitter for the hellraising PayOrPlay Jr.!) -- so she thought this might be a good place for us to enjoy a rare adult lunch. I haven't seen it reviewed here--maybe because it's so new that it isn't even on the LA Public Health website yet?
So, we would be most grateful for any insights, including reaction to Ms. Burum's comment that "Your selection is a bit limited if you are a party of one or two" (bearing in mind that when the mood strikes us we can eat a LOT of sushi--and anyway, the "al bap" assorted fish roe dish she suggests for couples sounds fabulous in any case).
